Shipping Time -- Products ship within 48 hours of purchase, orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed and sent the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Tauntus Beauty Bar, LLC at our discretion, will occasionaly offer exchange of merchandise. Additional shipping charges will be incured by the Customer, for both the return of the original item and the shipment of replacement. An invoice will be sent with applicable shipping charges to customer along with an Electronic (PDF) Shipping Label to be used. Additional Shipping Invoice MUST be paid in full prior to shipping label creation or electronic delivery to customer email on file for order. 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. 

You will be sent a tracking number when your order is processed. This number can be used on the official USPS site to track your shipment and make arrangements for delivery if necessary. Tauntus Cosmetics Inc/Tauntus Beauty Bar LLC, is not responsible for Lost, Misdirected, Stolen or Delayed packages please contact USPS to initiate an investigation or file a claim if required.
